Reservation System Works

Location and Hours

  1. Browse & Request: Find the product you need, click on it to see our pricing. Click Request Now to submit a request (no payment required online).

  2. Stock & Tech Check: Our team will manually verify our physical inventory and check your request.

  3. Wait for the Green Light: You will receive an email notification as soon as your device is packed and ready for pickup.

  4. Pay at Pickup: Come see us on our retail days! We accept Cash or Card (e-Transfer/invoices are available for registered non-profit organizations, First Nations organizations, and businesses only). If you’re eligible for the TEK Pass discount (10% off) we will apply it at the counter.
